KYOKUSHIN UDEN ZEN, ER KUN ET TOMT HYLSTER ! ZEN HANDLER OM AT LEVE I NUET, DER HVOR DU ER...
Oyama vigtigste filosofi i Kyokushin Karate. Ved at være tålmodige, vise respekt og gøre vores bedste, lære vi nye ting om os selv, som vi kan bruge i det daglige, eller når vi udsættes for ufrivillig psykiskpres. Jinzen Do! Kan Hjælpe dig til at vende usikkerhed og frygt til positiv energi, der støtter dig i at nå dine mål. Osu no Seishin.

Gasshuku at Bosei sep. 2015
By Henrik Sahl Historians of Religion - email@example.com
Studied Buddhist philosophy at Zangdok Palri, Copenhagen Univerisity Asien Tibetology
Bosei, situated south of Copenhagen, provided a litlle piece of Japan and the best of Denmark as the background for the official Kyokoshin Karate Camp. Breathtaking beauty, attention to detail and calm serenity met the participants from Sweden, Germany, Austria and Denmark. They all joined this event lead by Kancho Flemming Jinzen, with highest expectations. Yet the spirit of this event and the high standarts set for interacting during both training and combat, surprised even the most cynical veterans.
The serenity, fellowship and respect generated by Kancho and his trusted competent teachers, Soeren Sandersen og Brian Pfeiffer, dissolved immediately all sorts of competetivness and aggression and focused the power toward the spirit of OSU. Kancho embody this particular attitude of: ”I meet all beings with kindness, patience and respect and yet I am ready to figth if I have to – and I will never give up, never surrender.”
The training and finally the grading and Kumite made every participant do their utmost, in most cases even more than imagined. The spirit there carried participants further than they imagine they could go. Everybody somehow met their ”wall” during this weekend – a point that seems impossible to overcome, a point of mental fysical exhaustion, but the spirit and fellowship there nugded participants through and beyond this confrontation with their own limitations.
Seminars conducted by special guest teachers like 10x worldchampion Klaus Nonnemacher Germany also lifted the level of teachings to the highest level and widened the range to include kickboxing and Kyokushin Self-defence..
To further facilitate these elements of personal growth, the Gasshuku Camp combined the classical form and disciplin of Kyokushin karate, with sessions of stress release (TRE) and Zen meditation.
The experience of half a century of intensive training and body/mind control and a vast amount of lifeexperience has rendered Kancho a true master of martial arts. He shares his experience with joyful generousity to students at all levels and ages. All can participate. This is the particular brand and merit of Jinzen-do Budo.
The experience was precious and enriching to all involved, a grand opportunity for personal growth and fellowship.
OSU AND RESPECT

President WKU World Kyokushin Division
“After many years in the world of Kyokushin and Kickboxing, fighting in tournaments and educating my self, I have learnt a lot about my own weakneses and restrictions. And I am still developing as a karateka, as a human being”. Kyokushin Budo Karate is not only a sport, even though it fills up a lot today in the Kyokushin world. But Kyokushin is most of all a Budo (Martial Art) an Art of living inspired by the old Bushido Samurai way.
“You need to bee honest with your self, to find your inner spirit in the training, fighting, zen meditation, and reflect about the true Bushido living”.
“We can test our skills and spirit in turnaments and in daily life, and we have to practice patience in difficult times and find our KOKORO (Heart-mind-spirit) and inner peace, in our personally fight with our self”.
“Courrage is when you overcome your genuine fear, not because you do things that others dosen’t dare. It is to participate in turnaments without performance enhancing drugs, but use it to test the real you”.
“It is not how we win or if we win that is important. But how we rise up again after a defeat – in life or battle. And remember in Budo its not important to win, but to do your best and to win friendships and respect”.
”In Kyokushin, your true inner self is shown in your positions,
strikes, blocks and kicks.”
“ This is what your Sensei are looking for at the Grading – the inner person, and the development of that person…how we develops is more important than where he is right now”
“This is also why Kyokushin can change you as a person,
it goes both ways…”
Jinzen Do user the toolbox from "Fighting4success" to achieve more energy and vitality, so you get better contact to your body and a higher surplus in everyday life.
JINZEN DO PHILOSOPHY
" It all begins and ends with being there for each other and meet each other with patience, kindness and respect!.
“The secrets in Kyokushin is not some technices, it’s hardening, repetition, endurance/ perserverance and disciplining in the the true budo spirit.”
“Kyokushin Jinzen Do is also a contact sport…, but foremost it’s a Marterial art and as a Japanese Art form, the purpose is the same as in Kendo, Zen or Ikebana!
To be Present, and fulfilled in the moment. To be the best human being you can be, and never stop that journey.”
“When you put yourself in a Kyokushin fighting, the true purpose is not to overcome your opponent, but to overcome your self and push yourself even further, to do your very best and there by to develop as a karateka, as a human with respect for others and respect for the old master who has show you the right path, if you do that! You are one the right path".
After a fight you must remember to thanks your opponent, because he helped you with your personal development ”.
“Humans are social creatures. And for humans, all reel life is “meeting” with other humans. You can develop alone, but only in contact with others you can really experience life and trst your skills and use what you have developed. This is the same for kyokushin, and therefor You can first really develop in the Dojo or at the tatami. And its also why all Kyu grades is beginner grades, and at the Yudansha grades is the expert grade where first start to develop as a Bushido Person. When you teacth others you are also helping others to develop, and there by developing yourself, to even higher and deeper levels.”
“Life is progressing no matter what you do. If you sit alone meditating or run a marathon, the gras is still groing and the days goes by. No action can be undone, and most of the time its very hard if not impossible to correct it. Therefor you have to know what you want and to realise if what you want is what you are doing. Only by disciplining the mind and threw endurance and perserverance, you can uptain anything worthy. This is the secret of Budo and the secret of life, and why Kyokushin is a school for life…a art of life.”
“Do your very best, not only try…but do it, when you amke a punch or a kick mean it, not just make a emty movement but do it with your heart and you will be a winner in the fight against your self, no matter the outcome of some individual situation or competition.”
In Kyokushin Jinzen-do, this is our aim.
“We try to develop better humans going out of our Dojo’s than when they come in.”
“We train the true Kyokushin, we train realistic self defence we combined Kyokushin karate with Judo and K-1 Kickboxing (same fighting rules as Kyokushin Knock Down Karate just with boxing) . We train our Budo mind and Zen. We put effort into what we are doing. We put mening into the Kata and the Bunkai. We develop our body, mind and spirit. We learn respect and kindness. We learn to do our best, to be the best we can be…and we never give up.” Osu No Seishin.
Kyokushin Jinzen Do & Fighting4success is more then just Martial Arts.
It is a pioneering course in physical exercise after Japanese Bushido etiquette and principles combined with Zen meditation and developed through spiritual mentor and coaching course.More and more people are seeking a spiritual content in their lives where they also become stronger physically and mentally. This is irrespective of material wealth or career success, or how talented we are, or how well our family and relationship work so many of us at one time or another find that "something is missing and we need to be part of something greater than ourselves, perhaps a spiritual life and a deeper sense of being connected with a kind of mentor or coach who helps us to dybre cohesion with life itself. This can be achieved in Kyokushin Jinzen Do Budo karate where we work with both the physical and mental aspect. One might say no matter how good we have it with self-confidence and self-esteem, so very few of us who are in harmony with ourselves and love our life, or just being ourselves. We live in a time of extreme stress and external factors that affect our internal homeostasisWhich in turn triggers mental and physical illnesses. We live longer but are often more unhappy. We need physical and mental challenges combined with inner peace. The Jinzen Do Fighting4success is achieve more energy and vitality, better contact to your body and a higher surplus in everyday life!
